I heard the best quote the other day. It said, "The only thing that is consistent in this life is change." And thank goodness. Life has a way of keeeping us on our toes. It is a bittersweet experience. Watching Roman sound out words from Dr. Seuss and hearing Hayden clearly sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" is elating, but when I came across a photo last week of Hayden when he was 6 months old my heart pined for that baby who is now a distant memory.

Jason works for a great company right now and enjoys what he does and who he works with. I have declared a French major and will be attending school part-time at the Univ. of Utah starting January. Hayden is excited to go to school like his brother at the U of U's pre-school.

My Mom and her husband Robert are leaving for the Ukraine this monday to serve as missionaries. They will be gone for a 18 months. We will be able to keep in touch through Skype. Thank goodness for free internet communication. I have to admit I have mixed feelings about it, but we hope they have a great experience and get the chance to make good relationships with people there.

What a gorgeous family picture! Yeah for your mom and stepdad - that's fantastic! Happy holidays to you, as well.
